The newest bean on the block is Florida Man. This is truly a delectable and refreshing coffee. Expressive and layered, it exhibits an array of flavors from tart dried apricot to dark brown sugar and many others in between. In lighter roast levels, this coffee presents as sweet and juicy, possessing notes of toffee, honey and the rich, concentrated sweetness of dried fruit. At more developed levels, it expresses a deep, round and rich sweetness reminiscent of semi-sweet morsels and fruit leather with a hint of spice. This coffee does an excellent job of maintaining body, texture and sweetness across all roast levels. Fantastic as a sweet and silky drip coffee or as a nuanced and balanced shot of espresso with notes of fudge and toasted hazelnut.

The beans for this South American Signature from our friends at the Roasted Record, are grown in the rich, fertile soil called "Terra Roxa" or "Red Earth." Along with consistent rainfall, high daytime temperatures, and dry winters, these conditions create an ideal environment for coffee production, making them perfect for our Espresso Roast.
