The newest bean on the block is Florida Man. This is truly a delectable and refreshing coffee. Expressive and layered, it exhibits an array of flavors from tart dried apricot to dark brown sugar and many others in between. In lighter roast levels, this coffee presents as sweet and juicy, possessing notes of toffee, honey and the rich, concentrated sweetness of dried fruit. At more developed levels, it expresses a deep, round and rich sweetness reminiscent of semi-sweet morsels and fruit leather with a hint of spice. This coffee does an excellent job of maintaining body, texture and sweetness across all roast levels. Fantastic as a sweet and silky drip coffee or as a nuanced and balanced shot of espresso with notes of fudge and toasted hazelnut.

This rich blend of South American coffee beans from Brazil and Colombia delivers a creamy dark chocolate flavor with a smooth, clean finish. Roasted for versatility, it’s perfect as a drip coffee or for making our renowned cold brew! This coffee is coarse ground to allow for maximum flavor when brewed as cold brew, if you are using this for cold brew, we suggest steeping for 20 hours.

Lighter roasts really let the fruit shine, bringing out tart raspberry, dried cherry, and nougat. For darker roast styles we taste more chocolate, fruit leather, and toasted marshmallow.
